   Welcome to my new blog, on which I will be posting tips and information about health, nutrition, weight-loss, and healthy, green living. I read a lot of magazines  and see a lot of articles about new health and nutrition studies that are being done, and I would like to share the results of these new studies with you and give you info on living healthily. In a day or two I will put up a facebook page for my business, Living Free, and I will be putting these tips on that page, with a link to this blog for more detailed information.
